01 — Cost structure
100% pass-through to charitable purposes
All operating costs of the Foundation — administration, audit, legal, banking — are covered personally by the chair. Every krone donated to the Foundation is directed in full to charitable purposes.
02 — Governance
Board, cadence, framework
The Foundation is constituted under Danish foundation law. The board meets on a regular cadence and is accountable for the application of funds, the selection of partner organisations, and the integrity of disbursement.
03 — Reporting
Annual disclosure
The Foundation publishes annual reporting describing where funds were directed and what was achieved. Reports will be available for download here as they are published.
04 — Independent oversight
Auditor
Independent audit by a registered and State-licensed Danish firm.
